Nail care

1.Massage your nails daily with moisturiser.Massaging is good for blood circulation and so it gives strength to nails.

2.Drinking more water avoids heatness from the body and also avoids nail splitting.

3.Have the food which is got more vitamins and proteins.its good for both nails and body.

4.Dip your nails in olive oil at least for 10 min daily...you will get quick results within a month.

5.Stop biting your nails.

6.Use gloves while using detergents, dishwash bar etc..

7. Do not use nails as a weapon to open bottle lid or for other small things.

8.Avoid nail polish remover as much as you can..Acetone content in remover keeps your nails dry.

ingredients:
maida 1 cup
peni rava 2 spoons
sugar as you need
Desiccated coconut/Kobbari/Copra
sesame seeds 100 gms
poppy seeds (gasagase) 100gms
cooking oil to fry

method:
take a pan.put sesame seeds and fry.when it turns golden brown take it away.
now put gasa gasa(poppy seeds) to pan.when it turns golden brown take it away.
now take a mixing bowl.put sesame seeds,poppy seeds,sugar,grated coconut and mix the contents well.keep this mixing bowl aside for later use.
Now ta maida  in a vessel.Add peni rava and little oil.mix this contents well with little water..
The dough should be slightly harder than the chapati dough; Knead well and keep aside.

keep this for half an hour.

Make small balls from the rava-maida dough and roll them into small circular pooris.
Make sure the pooris are not too thick
Now add the filling content to this little pooris and fold it and keep in this machine and press.

now you will get karjikai shapes.
now fry this in oil..when it turns little brown take it away..
karjikai is ready to have now!!!

In summer we drink more water,juice,we have little food..all this makes our body slim.

Summer is the best time for us to reduce weight.so we have to make use of this season.If we really make use of it there is no doubt that we reduce.


  • stretching g exercises are useful to reduce our weight without much work.
  • By drinking more water,juice,butter milk and having less solid food helps us to reduce weight.


  • Fast walking,by walking in the steps also helps to reduce weight.


  • By having food 2 hours early before going bed,by going bed early, getting up early morning helps reduce weight.It also gives freshness through out the day.


  • working out smartly is better than working out hardly to reduce weight.


so why late enjoy summer!!!!

simple tips to protect from sun

  • Do not go outside in empty stomach during summer.



  • Drink at least 1 to 2 litres of pure water daily.



  • Drink at least 1 glass of pure water before going out from home.



  • Do not drink water soon after coming home from out...wait at least for 10 minutes and drink water.



  • Do not go out in bare head.use hat or scarf or napkins to cover your head.
